Kick off the wedding weekend with us! We'd love for you to join us for a relaxed evening with family and friends before the big day. We'll have a private space reserved for our wedding group at Highside, so come hang out, grab a drink, and spend some time with us! We'll also have an open mic during the evening for anyone who would like to share a few kind words, a favorite memory, well wishes, or a toast for the bride and groom. Absolutely no pressure to speak—we just wanted to give anyone who would like to say something the opportunity to do so! Come and go as you'd like—stop by for a drink, stay awhile, or head out for dinner whenever you're ready. We're just excited to see everyone! Think comfortable, casual, and laid-back—what you'd wear to meet friends at your favorite local brewery. No need to dress up—just come ready to relax and enjoy the evening! Food & Drinks Food will not be provided. BBQ is available for purchase at Highside, but wait times may be long. We recommend grabbing dinner before or after the party at one of the nearby restaurants. We'll have complimentary drink tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 2 tickets per person. Once they're gone, additional drinks will be available for purchase. Here’s everything you need to know for the day. 🏔️🤍 Timeline 2:00 PM — Guest Arrival Please arrive by 2:00 PM to allow time for parking, lawn games, seating, and a special surprise before the ceremony ;) Coolers will be stocked with beer, wine, water, and non-alcoholic drinks. Since drinks on the field must remain covered, please use one of our wedding koozies while you’re outside! 3:15 PM — Ceremony 3:45 PM — Cocktail Hour Enjoy drinks, lawn games, and mountain views while we finish a few family photos. 4:15 PM — Reception Opens We’ll take a short walk to Slopeside Hall for the reception. You will see your seating assignment at the door. 4:45 PM — Grand Entrance 5:00 PM — Dinner, Toasts & Special Dances 9:45 PM-10:00 PM — Last Song Dress Code: Colorado Casual Children We love your little ones!
